Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you contact us, schedule a call, subscribe to communications, or otherwise interact with our site. This may include identifiers such as your name, email address, and phone number; internet or analytics activity such as pages visited and how you interact with our site; and any other information you choose to share.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your inquiries, schedule and conduct meetings, provide planning and investment services if you become a client, send communications you have opted into, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site. GA4 uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages visited, time on site, device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address (never your precise location). This data may be transmitted to and processed by Google on servers in the United States and other countries, under Google’s Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). We use GA4 only to analyze aggregate site traffic and improve our site — never to build individual profiles or serve targeted advertising. You can opt out of GA4 tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
Cookies & Tracking
Our site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies for two purposes: necessary cookies that support core site functionality, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) that help us understand how the site is used. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising. You can manage or disable cookies at any time through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect some site functionality.
Scheduling
Scheduling is powered by Calendly. When you book a call, Calendly collects the information you provide on the booking form. Calendly’s own privacy policy governs that collection. See calendly.com/legal/privacy-notice for details.
Email marketing
If you opt into our email communications, we use Kit (formerly ConvertKit) to manage and send those emails. Kit collects the email address and any other information you provide. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with service providers necessary to deliver our services — including Google Analytics (site analytics), Calendly (scheduling), and Kit (email communications), as well as custodians and planning software providers — with your express consent, or as required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your data. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we honor valid opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, to the extent technically feasible. To exercise any rights, contact us at devin@fallbrookfi.com.
Children
Our services and this site are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Material changes will be communicated through the site or by email where appropriate.
